Refunds & Returns Policy
At Proudly Bound, every edition we produce is limited and created for collectors. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@proudlybound.com.
- Include your order number and photos of the damage/defect.
- Depending on stock availability, we will:
- Send you a replacement copy at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong book, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The book must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- Opened or handled books cannot be returned unless the issue is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Exclusions
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind” purchases.
- Opened collector’s editions without a manufacturing defect.
- Discounted or sale items.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error.
