Refunds & Returns Policy
At Proudly Bound, every edition we produce is limited and created for collectors. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@proudlybound.com.
- Include your order number and photos showing the damage or defect.
- Depending on stock availability, we will:
- Send a replacement copy at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Shipping Errors
If you receive the wrong book, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and send the correct item.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The book must be returned in the same condition it was received, aside from the reported damage/defect.
- We do not accept returns for books that show signs of handling or wear unrelated to the reported issue.
Exclusions
- Buyer’s remorse or “changed my mind” purchases.
- Books returned with new damage or wear not present on delivery.
- Discounted or sale items.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error.

Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- Pre-orders will ship according to the timeline on the product page.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS, with tracking provided.
- Transit times usually range from 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
International Shipping (Canada & United Kingdom)
We currently ship internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom.
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance, typically 7–21 business days.
- Duties, VAT, and Import Fees: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected at checkout.
- Tracking details will be provided when your order ships.
Shipping Issues
- Proudly Bound is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, email info@proudlybound.com and we will assist.

- Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
